Order Issues, Replacements & Refunds

At Luvenu, we strive to create high-quality, thoughtfully crafted pieces designed to celebrate love and meaningful moments. If an issue arises with your order, our team is committed to reviewing it carefully and determining an appropriate resolution.

Please review the information below to understand how we handle order concerns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at luvenu@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Claims submitted without photo evidence may be denied.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom or personalized items (including engraved, made-to-order, or customized pieces) are Final Sale.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom items once an order has been placed, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Ring Sizing & Fit

Ring sizing is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns or exchanges for rings ordered in an incorrect size.

If you need a different size, please contact us at luvenu@gmail.com. Our team can assist with placing a replacement order, with the cost of the replacement covered by the customer.

We recommend using our size guide before placing your order. If you are unsure of your ring size, please reach out before purchasing.

30-Day Return Policy (Standard Items)

For non-personalized, standard items, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • Items returned in worn or damaged condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc.).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Promotional discounts are reflected in the refunded amount — you will receive back exactly what you paid.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders begin processing immediately after placement. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once confirmed or once processing has begun.

Please reach out as soon as possible if you believe an error was made. While changes cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to assist when timing allows.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Luvenu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If an issue arises, we will gladly assist with filing a carrier claim.

We take 1–3 business days to process and hand-engrave your order before dispatch. Standard delivery takes 6–7 business days; Express shipping takes 5–8 business days. A tracking number is sent as soon as your order dispatches.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided cannot be refunded due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — we will try our best to update it before dispatch.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability. If you would like a different colour or style, please mention this when submitting your return request.

For exchanges of higher value, the price difference will be charged. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless your return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier, as Luvenu is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
  • If your return is approved due to Luvenu's error, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
